Till 4 in the morning I feel well and had a godd sleep despite the height. Then diarrhoea starts. At 6 I felt so bad and being confused if AMS hit me, I was thinking of going back down. I felt really bad. Jhamka said I should not have aten the Yak meat as they don#t take it serious up here to cool it properly etc. So I took it slowly, ate some bread and get some tea and after a while I decided to walk a bit up and down to see how it feels. I did not feel any effect of the height, just felt weak from the diarrhoea so we started slowly on our way to Thorung Pedi, either way only 6 km. But, as always, we decended quiet a bit to cross a river on a bridge and then there was a really steep climb back up on the other side of the valley. And then a clever guy set up a tea stall at exactly the end of that steep climb and I think everyboday has a rest here. We finally arrived then at Thorung Pedi and Jhamka suggest to me to go 200m higher and come back again for acclimatisation, what I did in drizzling rain. Up to 4500m and down to 4300 again. Next morning we have to start at 5 AM as it's a long way up to the pass and down then to Muktinath.
